CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS PRIVACY RIGHTS

If you are a California resident, you may ask businesses to disclose what personal information they have collected about you and what they do with that information. You are also allowed to request that they delete or not sell your personal information. You also have the right to be notified, before their collection of or the types of personal information they are collecting and what they do with that information. Generally, businesses cannot discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the (California Consumer Protect Act) CCPA. Businesses cannot make you waive these rights, and any contract provision that says you waive these rights is unenforceable.

As a California resident, you have the following rights in connection with your personal information (collectively, “Privacy Rights”):

Access/Portability: You have the right to request and receive a copy of your personal information Ultraskull has collected, used, disclosed and sold within the previous 12 months. You can also view and manage most of your personal information by logging into your Ultraskull account.

The business cannot verify your request.

Disclosure would restrict the business’s ability to comply with legal obligations, exercise legal claims or rights, or defend legal claims.
Also, please be aware that after submitting an Opt-Out request, you may still continue to see advertisements regarding our company online or through third parties. If you continue to visit or use the Site, you may also come across our ads. You will no longer receive personalized advertisements, but you may still see generic, non-personalized advertisements.
